An ill-advised reworking of Captain Flak undertaken by Dobba in one of his mellower moments. It shows the influence of the Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed and three cans of kestrel lager.
Take from the 1994 NME interview with Norbert "I had no problems with Country Flak, after all I later did solo work with Sheep Shagging Blues. What I did have a problem with is the awful caterwauling that Dobba tied to pass off as singing; he really should have asked me. Fortunately the hernia operation seemed to work and Dobba's voice returned to normal in time for "The Pulling Song" although you may notice that half way through that track the hernia seems to return briefly." |
There is no lyrics listing for this song as I can't understand a bloody word he's singing.
The cat that was strangled during the making of this song.
