Possee Rap saw the return of Daz to the band. It was recorded live at the 2008 MOBO awards. The following is taken from the MOBO website:

"The 2008 MOBO Awards was one of the largest ceremony's in MOBO history. Held at the London Wembley Arena on October 15th 2008 the event showcased both the breadth of talent within the UK and U.S as well as the growth of the MOBO awards. The event was presented by Ex- Spice Girl Melanie Brown a.k.a Mel B and co-host Rev Run, the founder of Run DMC and featured performances from Estelle, Sugababes, Craig David, Tinchy Stryder, The Fingolstones Firemen, Taio Cruz, Jay Sean, Flo Rida and John Legend. The highlight of the night was the newly reformed Fingolstones Firemen who performed their latest track Possee Rap".
Kanye West said of their performance, "That was the biggest pile o shite I've ever seen"

It was the Fingolstones first attempt at Rap music since 1990's Foxy Rap, which wasn't even a proper rap really.
The lyrics for this song were actually written in the early 1990's by a bored Norbert and Daz whilst sat in a pub in Barnsley prior to an FA cup replay between Barnsley and Sheffield Utd. The lyrics were written on an old paper bag and remained lost in Norberts spare room until being resurrected and developed into this song.

Although a MOBO would escape them on this occasion the crowd at the event really got into it and at the after show party Norbert and Daz got stoned on Ventolin with 50 Cent and Adge Cutler from the Wurzels.
Picture
Adge Cutler, far left, was never the same again after his night on the Ventolin with Norbert and Daz. It had such effect on him that he re recorded his massive hit "I've got a brand new combine harvester" as "I've got a brand new Vauxhall Chevette" in honour of his new friends.
(Yes I know Adge Cutler died in 1974 and the bloke on the far left is actually Tommy Banner but how much of this crap is actually true?)

Said Lawson one night on the ale
I wish I wasn't so bastard pale
If I weren't such a lard ass
I might pull a fit lass
Or crash my Strada near Sale.

A young lad called Foxy when snubbed
went home to his mother and blubbed
his mum said did you bristle
when she told you to whistle
perhaps it's cos your feet are clubbed.

Said Foxy one night just in jest
I wish I could I could get me a nest
He said knowing my luck
I'd give her a good fuck
And find I'd committed incest.

A fellow who lived near the Salty
His pulling style was terribly faulty
Said he fancied Gregs sister
Who said "not that turd twister"
I'd rather pull that actor Nick Nolte

There once was a prick from Newbold
His bollocks he loved to hold
One day he looked down
And said with a frown
I know it's small but it's cold

A Charmer who lived on Whit Hill
Asked his be'atch to go on the pill
She said are you kiddin
When he put his bid in
And said he was over the hill

Well Nessie the token ethnic
Oh lord did he have a big dick
With his huge meat and two
He'd pull Sharon and Sue
Cos fuggin bitches gave him a real kick

Said a lady they call Mandy Brown
I'm fed up of going round town
With their schmutter from Your Price
The Possee aint so nice
It's no wonder I'm wearing a frown
.
