Jeeves appeared on just one Fingolstones track, the coruscating wall of sound that is Captain Flak. The experience clearly affected him and he is now a Reverend in the Church of England where he is to be found leading the weekly sing-a-long of Kumbaya.
This is the only known photograph of Jeeves in existence. Norbert actually knew Jeeves before he knew any of the other band members (Except Daz who used to bully him at Primary School). They were at the same school together at the beginning of the 80's before they both moved onto to the higher educational establishment that was ChezzyBoysSchool, where fate would lead them to meet Dobba and Booga. This photo was taken by Norbert at Paignton Zoo in the summer of 1981. In it Jeeves shows off his extraordinary fashion sense with this superb flared trousers and hooded top combination. He was in effect the inspiration for what would later become the "Baggy style" so prevalent in the late 1980's. He was way ahead of his time by about 8 years. Either that or they were a pair of skanky flares and an old anorak left over from the 70's and he was at the time the most untrendy man on the planet. |
